1. 14-day free trial instead of a refund

Every module and the Suite can be tried free for 14 days before you buy. This is the same length as the StrategyQuant X trial, so you can test the software together with the platform it runs on. A trial needs no payment details.

2. How to get a trial

Enter your e-mail address on the download page. The page shows a trial key at once. It is entered in the installer like a purchased key, unlocks every product, and works on up to two computers at a time, the same as a paid licence. We do not e-mail the key, so copy it before you leave the page; if you lose it, write to support@alphasworth.com.

3. What happens when the trial ends

The trial licence stops working at the end of the 14 days, at its next licence refresh (within about a day on a computer that is online). Nothing is deleted from your StrategyQuant X projects. If you want to keep the software, buy the licence and enter the new key in the installer. You can have one trial per e-mail address.

4. After you buy

Because the software can be tried first and is delivered at once, all sales are final once the licence key has been delivered. We make exceptions where the software has a defect that we cannot fix within a reasonable time after you report it, and where the law requires a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before you open a payment dispute. We may revoke the licence after a chargeback.

6. Not a guarantee of results

Trading results are never a ground for refund. The software is a research and deployment tool and not a promise of profit.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived. The merchant of record that handles your payment may also have its own refund terms, which apply to the payment itself.
